Andrew Richard joined NOAA Fisheries in 2020 as a Regional Aquaculture Coordinator. He is based out of the NOAA Fisheries Southeast Regional Office located in St. Petersburg, Florida where he works with federal and state agencies, industry, and members of the scientific, academic, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) communities on a variety of marine aquaculture issues.
