The American Samoa Longline Trip Log is an annual Excel spreadsheet to record trip information about observed longline trips. Purpose:

The purpose of the American Samoa Longline Trip Log is to keep track of observers placed on commercial longline fishing vessels and to keep authorized individuals informed and up-to-date regarding these observed trips.
