Abstract:	This entitity represents the date and location of every day during a trip where fishing did not occur. For 2009 this concept was expanded to days wth no observer activity at a processing plant. To impliment this change all non PK fields sans date bacame optional.
Purpose:	Histories of all changes to data are maintained by trigger code on the parent table; allowing change control by user and datetime for all updates and delete events.
