Our Leadership
Natalie Huff
Ms. Huff is the National Program Manager for the EEO and Diversity Program as the National Program Manager. She develops, directs, and coordinates agency programs, policies, and activities to ensure they meet the responsibilities under the Federal Civil Rights and EEO laws and regulations. She also examines NOAA Fisheries employment practices and initiatives to improve the corporate culture and recruiting new employees.
