Crab Rationalization Report Forms

- Annual RCR Ex-Vessel Volume and Value Report (eFISH) (Due May 31). This is an online report. See example (PDF)
- IFQ Departure Report. Required for crab being landed outside the state of Alaska and before the crab leave Alaska waters. Please call (800) 304-4846 between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight to make this report.
- Transshipment Authorization. Required to transship processed crab between vessels 24 hours before the transshipment. Please call (800) 304-4846 between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight to be directed to a Clearing Officer to obtain this authorization.

- Prior Notice of Landing (PNOL): The operator making an IFQ landing must notify Enforcement no fewer than 3 hours before landing IFQ halibut, CDQ halibut, or IFQ sablefish. Call toll-free (800) 304-4846 or to (907) 586-7163 between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight.
- GAF Electronic Landing Report (eFISH). See example (PDF). If a GAF permit holder is unable to submit a GAF landings report due to hardware, software, or Internet failure for a period longer than the required reporting time, or a correction must be made to information already submitted, the GAF permit holder must contact NOAA Office of Law Enforcement, Juneau, AK, at (800) 304-4846 (Select Option 1).
- IFQ Departure Report: Required for Pacific halibut or sablefish being landed outside the state of Alaska and before the Pacific halibut or sablefish leave Alaska waters. Please call (800) 304-4846 between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight to make this report.
