A valid Observer/Catch Monitor Provider Permit is required to provide observers and/or catch monitors to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery.
An Observer/Catch Monitor Provider Permit Application Form must be completed and submitted to NOAA Fisheries at the address given to apply for a provider permit.
