Harmonized Tariff Codes for Seafood Import Monitoring Program

The Seafood Import Monitoring Program, or SIMP, establishes the reporting and recordkeeping requirements needed to prevent illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing and/or misrepresented seafood from entering U.S. commerce. As a part of SIMP, the documents below include updated harmonized tariff schedule codes.
