Fishery Monitoring Service Providers for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Programs
Approved fishery monitoring service providers by program.
NOAA Fisheries contracts directly with observer provider companies for the federally funded Northeast Fisheries Observer Program. We also approve observer provider companies for industry-funded monitoring at-sea programs and companies supporting electronic monitoring services. These companies recruit, hire, and deploy observers or electronic monitoring reviewers, as well as provide support services, such as insurance, salary, and travel support if needed.
If you are interested in marine science employment, contact our monitoring service providers to become an observer.
