Guided Angler Fish (GAF) Program Annual Reports

The Catch Sharing Plan authorizes transfers of Alaska commercial halibut individual fishing quota as guided angler fish (GAF) in IPHC Areas 2C and 3A. These reports are annual summaries of GAF activity and provide details of the Program since inception.
