Alaska Sablefish Tag Reporting Form

Tags may be yellow, red, or orange and are usually located below the first dorsal fin on the left side of the fish. Please send tags with as much of the following information as possible: Tag prefix and number, date of tag recovery, depth, gear being used, length, weight, sex, vessel name, and name and address of reward recipient.

Tags can be returned in your envelope of choice, or via prepaid business reply envelopes that can be provided upon request.
