Draft Alaska Salmon Research Task Force Report April 2024

The following is the most recent draft of our Alaska Salmon Research Task Force Report as of April 2024.  We will continue to build the report based on input from the task force, the Arctic Yukon Kuskokwim Working Group report recommendations on research needs for the Arctic Yukon Kuskokwim region, and public comment.

At this time, we are seeking public comment on existing knowledge, research gaps, and applied research that is needed to better understand the increased variability and declining salmon returns in some regions of Alaska.
