The system, also referred to as FERS, allows southeast commercially permitted vessels to register and submit “No Fishing” reports online.

Golden Crab Vessel Logbooks
Logbooks for reporting catch and effort information for the Golden Crab fishery is mailed out to permit holders upon renewal and request. Permit holder return logbooks to SEFSC at the end of each trip.
South Atlantic and Gulf Reef Fish Dealer Reporting
Federally permitted dealers who purchase reef fish from the South Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico report electronically through their state trip ticket program. A copy of the data is shared with the SEFSC for use in quota monitoring.
